Most people think marketing is just about advertising and selling, but besides these concepts, marketing is science and art equally. The science of identifying the needs and wants of the client, also the art refers to establishing a relationship with the consumer and his loyalty.

In marketing, focus is not on our products and services, but on customer needs, demand and wishes, as Jeff Bezos, the founder of Amazon.com, said: "Customers are the first. If you focus on what customers want and build a relationship with them, they will allow you to make money "

The dictionary defines marketing as: discipline and commercial activity that starts from the current knowledge and perspective of the needs of the buyers in order to meet these needs. - Marketing.

However, this definition is not enough to cover the broad concept of the concept.

Marketing is the science of exploring, creativity, and giving value to your customers to meet the needs of a target market.

Marketing also involves identifying market wishes and needs, trying to satisfy them in as diverse ways. Identification techniques involve defining market needs, measuring and quantifying them, as well as predicting the profit that can be generated.

The most popular marketing concepts are: target market identification, positioning, needs, desires, demand, offer, brand, value offered and generated satisfaction, exchange, transactions, relationships and connections, marketing channels, competition and marketing programs.

The main marketing processes relate to identifying opportunities, creating a new product, attracting customers, retention and loyalty to customers, and efficient logistics functions.

As a rule, every company has a marketing department. This is an advantage and disadvantage equally. Advantage because a team of specialists is only interested in a domain, and the disadvantage is that the entire company should be sensitive to marketing issues in customer interaction.

Marketing is not a static science, but one that grows and develops continuously. For this reason, permanent education is not an option but a necessity.
